By accessing or using Xaumoney's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

Xaumoney reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Subject to compliance with these terms, Xaumoney grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for your trading activities.

You agree NOT to:

• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from our software
• Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform's operation
• Share your account credentials with third parties
• Upload malicious code or attempt to compromise system security

Important Notice: Trading algorithms carry significant financial risk. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You may lose some or all of your invested capital.

Xaumoney provides infrastructure and tools but does not provide investment advice or guarantee trading performance. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and outcomes.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify Xaumoney immediately of any unauthorized access.

Xaumoney reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior.

The Xaumoney platform, including all software, algorithms, documentation, and branding, is the intellectual property of Xaumoney Inc. and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

You retain ownership of trading algorithms you upload, but grant Xaumoney a license to host, execute, and display them as necessary to provide our services.

Xaumoney provides services "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for trading losses, system downtime, data loss, or consequential damages arising from platform use.

Our total liability shall not exceed the fees you paid to Xaumoney in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the platform will cease, though you remain liable for any outstanding fees.

Xaumoney may immediately terminate accounts involved in illegal activity, fraud, or severe violations of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Delaware law.
